Returns Policy

At Lima Zulu were all about our customers experience, from browsing our site to being happy with the product and we endeavour to give you all the information that you need to make an informed buying decision.

However in the unlikely case that you are unsatisfied with your product we are more than happy to refund the product within 1 month.
We do require you to ship the goods back to us and the goods need to be in as new condition with no damage to the packaging

Any concerns must first be forwarded to Lima Zulu by contacting us at customerservice@limazulu.com.au with as much information about your problem and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

Lost In Transit

In the rare event that you suspect that your shipment has become "lost in transit", please check with your local Post Office first as your parcel may be awaiting collection. If the parcel is being delivered to a commercial address, please enquire at your reception or mailrooms within the workplace in case the parcel is being held for you. Lima Zulu does not investigate into a “Lost in Transit” concern until after 30 days of dispatch. We need to allow for sufficient transit times that unfortunately may occur due to postal delay and delivery.


Statutory Rights & Manufacturers Warranties

This Returns Policy is in addition to and is not intended to limit any rights or remedies you may have under the Trade Practices Act or equivalent State and Territory legislation. All Software and Hardware purchased from Lima Zulu is subjected to their respective Manufacturers warranty. Warranty conditions and warranty periods can vary greatly from product to product. Please refer to your products manuals for further information.
